Here are the main activities related to logistics:
- Technical Coordination with AUTC (Technical Office Area) of Bologna for the supervised sectors and between the Viale Europa and Piazza Aldo Moro locations.
- Management, Programming, and Configuration of Anti-Intrusion Systems.
- Supervision and Maintenance Processes Management for security and heating systems within the structure.
- Logistic Support to the Offices within the structure.
- Safety Representative Functions for the building and technical coordination in collaboration with the Campus/University offices for the relevant sectors.
- Management of Relations with Contractors and Suppliers for the sectors of competence.
- Maintenance Processes Oversight, both routine and special, in collaboration with AUTC of Bologna.
- Maintenance History Documentation Management for the facility's systems.
- Coordination for Safety Issues of the Structure, handling the drafting of key documents as prescribed in the safety and health manual (DVR, emergency plans, etc.).
