About us

The Silvana Contento Library of the "Renzo Canestrari" Psychology Department is an integral part of the University Library System (SBA) and participates in its projects to improve and standardize services.

The library collections consist of psychology books and journals and diagnostic psychological tests.

Our spaces
The library includes 3 bright rooms where the books are placed on open shelves and therefore directly consultable by users; there is also a small room that can be reserved, upon request, for coworking activities: study and group work (maximum capacity 4 people).
Older bibliographic material is kept in the archive and must be requested by completing the appropriate form.
There are 42 seats available and 1 station for consulting the catalogues; the entire area is covered by the University's wifi service.
For access to the library by users with motor disabilities, a ramp is available, located on the left side of the building and the lift.
