The Mediterranean is a crossroads of destinies, shaped by migration routes and conflicts that reveal stories of systemic and structural oppression. From the shores of the Mare Nostrum to Gaza, the experiences of those who struggle against deeply rooted injustices intertwine, showing how the fights for dignity, freedom, and human rights are profoundly connected.

This meeting offers a space to reflect on these complex realities, exploring the dynamics that drive thousands of people to seek refuge and to resist in contexts of violence and repression. It will also highlight how, in the face of such challenges, active networks of solidarity emerge, networks that transcend geographical and cultural borders to build shared paths toward justice.

We will explore stories of resistance, commitment, and hope. Inspired by experiences of activism from the Mediterranean to Palestine, we will engage with students in the classroom to discuss their visions of solidarity and justice, and the spaces they imagine to take part in real, tangible change.
