Diversity at work - DiWo

The research group deals with issues related to occupational diversity in its many facets (e.g. age, disability, gender). We study how to manage and enhance diversity at work to achieve positive results in terms of well-being, motivation and productivity, both for companies and workers. Responsible: Sara Zaniboni
