Programma di finanziamento

INTERREG CENTRAL EUROPE Programme 2021-2027

The Digi-B-Well project addresses the disparities in digitalisation capacities among SMEs, public authorities, and academia in Central Europe, particularly between Western and Eastern regions. Despite the widespread adoption of digital technologies, challenges remain in market adaptation, organisational transformation, and technological advancements, especially for public entities. These challenges are further complicated by the potential health risks of digital transformation, such as digital stress and burnout, particularly for employees aged 55 and above.

The project aims to enhance the digital competence of manufacturing SMEs, public authorities, and academia, equipping them for effective management and operation in the digital era. By upskilling leaders with both soft and hard skills and providing employees with essential digital skills, Digi-B-Well seeks to increase engagement and prevent digital stress, promoting overall digital well-being.

A key component of the project is the development of a comprehensive digital transformation solution, which includes tools for digital maturity self-assessment and the implementation of digital-era-fit management and operational models. These solutions will be tested through pilot actions and will lead to the introduction of a digitalisation label, as well as a transnational digitalisation strategy and action plans that can be integrated into policy and daily practices.

The expected outcomes of the Digi-B-Well project include enhanced operational effectiveness across the "triple helix" of industry, government, and academia, with a particular focus on age sensitivity in the manufacturing sector. The project aims to improve competitiveness, service orientation, and employee commitment while ensuring a balanced work-life environment and preventing digital stress and burnout, ultimately contributing to a more equitable and efficient digital landscape in Central Europe.
