Individual and social identities are a major challenge in contemporary multi-ethnic societies to build inclusive contexts in which everyone can feel as worth member.
By merging developmental, social and personality psychology approaches we will address factors, processes and contexts leading to inclusive identities and thus inclusive societies.
A diverse group of 24 early career scholars from the three European associations will develop joint research projects, in collaboration with six senior scholars.
